Excellent 1st experience at this dentist office. Front office staff was friendly, efficient and welcoming. Hygienist, Hope Mary was thorough, patient, friendly and efficient. She explained everything she was doing from start to finish and graciously answered all of my questions along the way. Dr. Bruno came in for my exam very shortly after my cleaning was done so I barely had to wait, which was greatly appreciated. He was also professional and thorough.

I'm so glad to have found this dental office which is also very close to my home.

I moved to the area about 8 months ago. I ended up with a dental issue that I wanted looked at right away. I called the office as a new patient and they got me in on the next business day. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. They spent two hours with me, taking x-rays, a 3D image, Dr Bruno sat with me and explained everything in detail and answered every question I had, and they even finished up with a cleaning. I would have to say in all my years and with all the issues I have had with my teeth, this office is by far the best experience I've ever had. I’ve been seeing Dr. Bruno for years. He is always very thorough and willing to explain everything that is going on with my teeth. The technology he uses in his office really helps with this process. There is a decent sized computer screen attached to the wall in front of each dental chair which allows the patient to view all of their own pictures and X-rays of their teeth. Dr. Bruno also makes the crowns in-house so that he can modify them to fit perfectly in your mouth. Another added bonus is that you don’t have to come back for an additional visit, like in your other dental offices where they send crowns out to be made. For my most recent visit I had broke a tooth earlier in the day. When I called the office about it, they were able to squeeze me in on the same day to get it checked out and create a plan to fix the problem. Many offices are not this flexible and I completely appreciate Dr. Bruno and his team for their continued professional service and care for their patients.

The last time I had a crown done, it was I guess "old school"! I was amazed at the new technology that can make a permanent crown on the same visit and with computer scanning it was a PERFECT FIT! I love these people! My family and have been coming here for a while! I trust them so much, I knew they were the right choice for my 4 year old, who is terrified of the dentist. I was so nervous before the appointment, but as soon as Jennifer came out I knew I had nothing to worry about. She calmly explained each tool she had in front of him and let him feel/use them gently. That was the key to calming him down and it was a breeze. When he left he actually said "I want to come here every day!!" The entire staff here is amazing especially Mary Anne, Jen and of course Dr. Bruno. They are really always looking out for what's best. They truly care about you here!!

Excellent experience starting from the first phone call to schedule a new patient appointment for my son. The front staff were so friendly and sympathetic toward our concerns and scheduled us for a visit the same day. Dr. Bruno took his time to answer our questions thoroughly and demonstrated concern as he laid out many options for us. It was impressive to see how the hygienists worked together and took interest in offering my son advice. We had appointments 3 days in a row and each time we were seen within 10 min. It's a rarity to find an office that prices and practices ethically. We received 3 different quotes from other offices for the same procedure which all were very corrupt in their pricing. So it feels great to walk away without wondering if you were taken advantage but rather everyone in the office was actually concerned and followed up. We felt like it was a team effort by ALL employees to help my son and are thankful to have found this practice.
